Run the following in an administrative PowerShell:

Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux

You will be prompted to reboot. After rebooting, you can install your favorite Linux distribution(s) via the Microsoft Store.
